Be sure to check your email after booking to submit your intake form. Other business days we accept walk-ins only.

Each day, we may have to turn away walk-in patients as early as 11am, due to high volume. Wait times may be as long as 3.5 hours.
To ensure that every patient receives a careful and sufficient consultation, we can only see 25 patients (each of whom will receive a number) per day.
For instance, by 12:30pm on weekends, it's safe to assume that we are no longer taking patients for the day.

HOURS: UPDATE: Our acupuncturist, Zhuang Cai, will be away on vacation Oct 21-Dec 9.

After his vacation, he is available Tuesdays and Fridays 10am-2:30pm. Walk-ins only, no appointments.

The store is open 6 days a week (closed only on Wednesdays and major holidays) from 10am - 5pm.

Herbal Consultations with Frank Lin in-store are available from 10:00am to 4:00 pm.
6 days a week (closed Wednesdays and major holidays). Consultations - $30/session. Herbs average $8.50/day of formula.
Walk-ins only; no appointments. .

Acupuncture is available with Zhuang Cai two days a week: Tuesdays and Fridays 10am - 3:00pm.
$55/session. Walk-ins only; no appointments. .
